- Information you give us — name, business name, work email, phone, shipping and billing address, federal tax ID or EIN (for Net-30 or tax-exempt orders), purchase order details, and the content of messages you send us.
- Information collected automatically — IP address, browser type, device and operating system, pages visited, and referring URL. We use this only for site operation and security.
- Cookies — we use a minimal set of first-party cookies to keep your cart in your browser and remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. See the Cookies section below.
2. How we use your information
- To prepare quotes, fulfill orders, ship products, and provide post-sale support.
- To verify business eligibility for Net-30 terms, tax-exempt purchases, government and education contracts.
- To respond to your inquiries, schedule consultations, and provide engineer support.
- To comply with tax, accounting, anti-fraud, and export control obligations.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, renewal reminders). We do not sell your information.
3. How we share your information
We share information only as needed to deliver our services:
- Distributors and manufacturers (e.g., Ingram Micro, TD Synnex, D&H, and OEMs we resell) — to fulfill orders, register products, and process warranty claims.
- Carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, freight) — to ship products.
- Payment processors and lenders — to process card payments, lease applications, and Net-30 credit checks.
- Tax authorities and regulators — when legally required.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for their marketing.
4. How long we keep information
We retain order and tax records for at least seven years to comply with federal and Tennessee tax law. Quote requests and inquiries are retained for up to three years. You may request deletion of records that are not subject to a legal retention requirement at any time.

- Delete information we are not legally required to keep.
